£5.00 entry fee will be collected when you submit your entry form to            The Old Harrow public house on Main Street Grenoside. 
   
Runners can enter the main Chase at the age of 14 years or older with proof of ID. Would entrants please make sure all boxes are clearly completed as last years entry forms had details missing, unfortunately entrants not fully completing the entry form clearly will be starting at scratch. Unfortunately anyone who is, or has been a member of a 3As running club over the last 5 years is not allowed to enter. Anyone found doing so will be disqualified. 
The committee hold no responsibility for any personal loss, illness or injury during any of the races. Anyone under the age of 18 entering will need proof of ID with the entry form.
I understand that I am taking part in the Grenochase atmy own risk.
